Sequence 6

After she falls to the ground, she sweeps your leg knocking you prone head crashing to the ground. You spend a moment summoning the strength to get up. Both of you dazed from the combat, getting reoriented. At this moment, her mid-section is unexposed and you shoot forward into her midsection knocking the wind from her.

 

Plank 30 seconds (level 2 45 seconds, level 3 60 seconds)

 

level 1-3 sets

level 2- 5 sets

level 3- 7 sets

 

Lateral mountain climbers X10

 

Leg shoots (from plank, pull legs inward, then shoot them back wards)X10

Forward lunges into high parry 5 x10
